Uncertainty is a measurement, not a disclaimer.
A point forecast tells a decision-maker what a model believes. An interval, a stress case and a validity horizon tell them how much that belief is worth. Decision-grade inference keeps all of them visible.
Why conventional approaches fail
Precision is easy to manufacture.
A model fitted closely to historical noise produces narrow bands and confident alerts. Neither survives contact with a new sample or a changed regime, and the decision-maker has no way to tell the difference from the output alone.
Grand Thera treats uncertainty as a first-class output. Every inference carries its interval, the conflict that remains unresolved, its robustness under perturbation and the horizon after which it is stale.

How closely the current state resembles a defined condition. A degree of resemblance, not a probability, and never presented as one.
Stress response
How the conclusion moves under an adverse but plausible scenario. Sensitivity, not likelihood.
Calibration status
Whether the probabilities have recently been honest. A diagnostic of the model, not a measure of confidence in the event.
Computational epistemology
No single score can replace interval, conflict, robustness, horizon and lineage.
